Camp grew up in Alabama, Teah in Seattle. We met in North Carolina and started our lives together there. We have opened 5 businesses together, we have three kids (two little and one all grown) and 2 fur babies. Living in Fairfield has been an incredible chapter for us and we hope to be in this area for years to come.

We love great food, it fills us up to be able to create it and share it. It’s as simple as that. We will not settle for anything less than excellence and you will taste that in everything we do!

Our mission is to create a special place where friends and family will gather and make memories over unforgettable meals.

We have a combined long history of service industry and small business ownership. Our passions meet in food and bev, more specifically in creating a dining experience that will satisfy all the senses and leave you feeling 200% pleased. We are excited to continue to grow this venture in Fairfield.

Due South is the happy marriage of our former individual restaurants, Lunchbox and The Broth Lab. Combining Southern American Comfort Classics with quintessential Southeast Asian flavors, we produce dishes that are familiar but with unique twists.

The Broth Lab as a concept will continue to live on. You will find classic Broth Lab dishes in the Due South Menu and we may pop up here and there until we find the next right opportunity to open in Iowa.

Lunchbox’s Spirit will also live on! The menu and hours that you may be familiar with will continue here at Due South.
